We meticulously inspect and carefully hand pick each suitcase to insure top quality. If you have any issues with your purchase please inform us as soon as possible, we are happy to resolve the problem and make it right how ever possible.
We ship UPS and carefully package our product to insure they get to you safely. But we understand things happen, so if there is any damage caused by shipping we will be sure to resolve it right away and get you playing on your suitcase asap!
